Andreas Schleicher, Director for Education and Skills at OECD. 20 years of experience to improve quality and equity in education, for example with PISA and other international instruments that have created a global platform for policy-makers, researchers and educators to innovate and transform educational policies and practices. The keynote is followed by a panel discussion with Cassie Hague, Analyst at OECD Centre for Educational Reserach and Innovation, Bill Lucas, Professor of Learning and Director at Centre of Real-World Learning University of Winchester and Maria Wilenius, Secretary General of the Swedish National Commission for UNESCO. The panel is moderated by Ronald A. Beghetto, Pinnacle West Presidential Chair and Professor, Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, Arizona State University.
